We are only taking etransfer for now. We will send you payment details when we confirm your order through email.

Simply fill in form on the ordering page or direct message us through Instagram or email us. For any special requests, especially for custom cakes, please email us to discuss more. We will confirm all the details including shipping cost with you through email and your order will be delivered to your doorsteps in a few days.

The shipping in the GTA area is $10-$15 depending on your location. We offer free shipping for custom cakes (and any items that comes on the same order) and for orders over $100. For areas more than 40km away from our North York location may not be serviced. Please inquire with us if in doubt. Your total plus shipping fee will be stated clearly on your confirmation email. Upon request, we can do Uber Courier at customer's own expense.

Any confirmed order by email should be shipped in 3-4 business days. Custom cakes should be ordered a week in advance and will be made on the day or a day ahead before shipping. We usually ship on Thursdays and Sundays. Unfortunately we are not able to provide delivery time slot for customers to choose at the moment unless it is delivered by Uber.

Most dairy-free treats should be shelf stable but we recommend to store in the fridge for longer shelf life. Dairy included products should be stored in the fridge. Any opened products should stay in the fridge and be consumed as soon as possible. If you prefer you can also store our products in the freezer. Please smell and observe the product before giving them to your pets. In case of uncertainty, please discard.
